Join the UR Flag Fall Football League!

We’re excited to announce our Urban Refuge Flag Football League is kicking off on October 12th with the draft after church on September 28th! The league is open to ages 13 and up. This is a great opportunity for fun, fellowship, and friendly competition.

Teams will have a minimum of 7 players. Feel free to invite friends from school, work, or family members as well. Come play, hang out, or just watch! Adults welcome!

We recommend players to have/bring:
- Cleats (no metal spikes)
- Water
- Shorts
- A football (Official 14+ size)
No worries if you don’t have some of these items! Just bring close toed shoes and your A game!
