Schedule
- CPR/AED 9:30 - 11:30 am
- Lunch: 11:30 am - 12:30 pm
- First Aid: 12:30 - 2:30pm
You may attend both sessions or just one.
CPR & AED:
You'll learn high-quality CPR for adults, children, and infants, including Hands-Only CPR, rescue breathing, and how to use an Automated External Defibrillator (AED).
First Aid:
- First Aid for Injuries: This includes responding to bleeding, burns, fractures, sprains, and other injuries.
- Medical Emergencies: You'll learn to recognize and respond to cardiac arrest, choking, severe allergic reactions, and other conditions.
- Environmental & Other Emergencies: Training covers how to handle heat stroke, hypothermia, poisoning, and animal bites.
The class is free. However, if you would like to obtain a certification card, you may do so after passing evaluations. The certification card is valid for two years and costs $40.
