Purpose of the Consecration

The primary goal of this 21-day consecration is to dedicate time to seek God through prayer and fasting. 

  1. Types of Fasting: Various fasting methods can be adopted, including:
  • Complete Fast: Abstaining from all food for a designated period.
  • Partial Fast: Skipping specific meals or certain types of food.
  • Daniel Fast: Following a plant-based diet.
  • Alternative Fasting: Social media, screen time, chocolate, etc.

2.      Spiritual Focus: Participants are encouraged to focus on prayer:

  • Pray at 12 Noon everyday if possible.
  • Personal: spiritual renewal, family and friends.
  • Community: Urban Refuge, schools, government.
  • Global concerns and revival.
  • Read and pray scripture.

3.      Practical Tips:

  • Pray Consistently: Fasting without prayer is dieting. 
  • Hydrate: Drink plenty of water to stay healthy.
  • If you have medical conditions or are pregnant, prioritize safety.
